Rosières have been manufacturing appliances which have won their place at the heart of French cuisine since 1869. Designed and built to the specification of professional chef and restaurateur, Paul Bocuse, Rosières produced a cooker for his own home that would give him the same excellent and consistent cooking results as the commercial cookers he used when working.
